In anticipation of NaNoWriMo starting up in a few days, I am offering up all flower pens currently listed on etsy at http://gyniphr.etsy.com at discounted prices. Mention this blog and you will receive 50% off each flower pen purchased. Yes, that eats into my cost but these flower pens are going to a good cause - your use and to give me a reason to go to the post office plus take a much-needed break from writing my 50,000 words in November.
gyniphr-n-stefuni will return to Texas this month. Our new mailing address is Post Office Box 1295 in Columbus. The new zip code is 78934.
Packing is taking place at an expeditious pace as everything must be complete by Sunday evening.
Custom orders are on hold at this time. The only items currently available for immediate shipment are the currently listed NADA LAZY DAISY bags due to packing and pending move.
We should return to normal operations by Halloween and will post a notice on this site as soon as we are open to custom orders again.
Thank you.
With summer arriving and a road trip in my very near future, I am clearing out my inventory of flower pens. These flower pens are ready for immediate shipment and are listed on etsy.
I am posting this same information on my personal site but figured the more exposure to this sale the better with regard to getting the product out there.
I recently increased my supply of pink flowers. I have two shades of pink Peonies (6 each), two shades of pink Ranunculus roses (10 each), and one shade of pink Gerbera Daisies (20).
I will be posting these flower pens to etsy during the month of April.
i am no longer selling my handmade items on ebay. in fact, i have decided to only use ebay as a place to sell items that do not fit on etsy.
most flower pens currently listed [http://gyniphr.etsy.com] are at CLEARANCE prices! if you purchase 3 or more of my listings before the end of february and pay in full, i will send you a free gift and refund part of your shipping!
i monitor all comments on this blog. therefore, comment spammers are wasting their time and mine.
i am having a sale of sorts on etsy. purchase an item from my etsy store and receive a free gift! click to [read on] to see a few of the flower pens for sale in my etsy store.

After surfing the web today and discovering that there is a site charging $7.95 for a single flower pen and their flower pen bouquets (more than one but less than seven) start at $24.95, I have decided that my prices need a serious overhaul.
Previous to any price adjustment, the highest price I charged for a single flower pen was $3.50 and typically the price charged was closer to the $1.50 - $2.50 range with the most expensive flower pen priced at $5 due to the price of the flower itself.
My flower pens are created with as much care and precision as the higher priced items in the market place PLUS I offer a much more diverse mix of flowers (virtually any flower you request I can find).
If we are currently in talks, the price that you were quoted is the price that will be in effect for your order.
If we haven’t yet discussed numbers, then the new price is effective immediately.
I will be updating the website in the coming days with a grand re-opening of the site planned for my 35th birthday on April 4th 2008.
I will uphold my tradition of offering a discount on my birthday as I like presents and I’m sure you do as well.
More details will follow.
Stay tuned to this blog for updates to gyniphr-n-stefuni!
gyniphr-n-stefuni is on vacation starting the moment this entry posts through 8:00 a.m. on Monday January 7th 2008.
I received an email yesterday from Brandie, comment #25 & winner of our first ever bloggy giveaway.
Jennifer,
I am so excited that you picked my name! This is awesome. As I said in the comment, I would never guess those were pens! You do such amazing work! They are gorgeous. That said, I’m going to pass on this. You see, my name was chosen for 5 giveaways! And I just feel bad claiming 5 prizes when so many other people put their names in the hat. And I would feel bad if 5 of the prizes went to little old me. So that said, I hope that you pick someone else’s name to spread the love out a little more to other people! And I did thank you on my blog (here: http://journeyof1000stitches.blogspot.com/2007/11/overwhelm ed.html ) and I really am sad to pass on those gorgeous pens ::sigh::: I even had a spot for them to sit on my kitchen counter, but it just feels wrong to win so much!
Anyway, thank you again! Have a great day! =)

* i’m having a difficult time getting the code to work for the categories and archives to be visible. it seems that both of these would be in the stylesheet but i am unable to determine what exactly i need to change to a different color as it seems that both are displaying in the exact same color as the lower half of the screen. ::sighs:: well, i’m off to bed to ponder the corrections that must be made as well as dream of unicorns and furry rabbits… or some such. goodnight all. this brief diatribe added at 1130p east coast time.
i came up with a new tagline recently that i think fits gyniphr-n-stefuni creations to a tee - functional expressions of beauty - this tagline applies to our current products as well as to several new items we have recently introduced and to all new items that we will introduce in the future.
our flower pens are functional and beautiful. the same can be said for the scarves and other knit products that stefuni produces by hand.
all items that gyniphr-n-stefuni creates will fit this tagline. a couple of new products are the chloe bib by oma and the opa sock sweater line for small dogs. several chloe bibs are currently listed on etsy and the opa sock sweaters will debut on etsy very soon as we are currently building inventory in this item.
i’m busy updating the blog and my new apartment. we moved in on the 26th and still have a few boxes to unpack but the majority is done.
i will be posting to etsy and ebay to this week as well as creating a few special halloween items for you to decorate your home with or give as gifts!
also with the idea of a pink october… i have a multitude of pink flower pens that will featured in my etsy shop this month.
